A well-trained staff is the core of every successful organisation. But budgets are tight. How do you make the absolute most of your training budget, and ensure that your staff gets the training that they need?

As part of our commitment to upskilling the third sector, we will be delighted to perform a FREE, absolutely no-commitment Training Needs Analysis for your organisation.
 

How does your organisation qualify - and what’s involved?

 

Subject to our internal resources, we will be pleased to conduct a TNA for any charity or not-for-profit organisation in the west of Scotland. We require no prior commitment from you, and the process itself is really straightforward.

 

Firstly, we will visit your organisation (or conduct one or more Zoom sessions wiith you) to chat about your organisational training needs.
 

If appropriate, we will also help you to conduct an internal audit of your staff, to discern what skills they themselves feel they are missing. We will supply a questionnaire, adapted to your own internal circumstances, and we will also help to tabulate the final data.
 

Once we have gathered the information we need, we will supply you with a final report. This is what is known as a Training Needs Analysis. It will indicate the training that we feel you should undertake, bearing in mind your internal circumstance and budgetary constraints.
 

We will also try to find the cheapest way possible for you to receive the required training, whether that be discounted places on our own day-courses, or an in-house session for, say, a dozen of your staff who need the same training.

 

And we will try to advise on funding that may be available for your particuar training needs.

This service is absolutely free, and there will be no obligation whatsoever for you to act on any of our recommendations.
