A HALF-DAY SESSION. 


The moving and handling of objects or people is a key part of the working day for a lot of carers and other workkers – if you are one of them then this course is for you.


Poor moving and handling technique can lead to short-term or even long-term pain for the carer or the person being handled, and over the course of this half day you will learn the recognised techniques to prevent or minimise the risk of injury.



This training is available as in-house training for your own staff

We will be happy to arrange a session of this course for up to 12 of your staff, at a time that suits best for you. The costs can be as low as £25 per attendee.
