Tools and  techniques to help you be calmer and more effective in difficult situations, and to address the issues at hand.


In this course you will learn techniques to help you communicate and act more effectively in difficult situations, and to address issues that might otherwise fester and escalate. We look at:

  • Recognise situations where conflict may grow

  • Develop non-aggressive but assertive skills behaviours

  • Methods for keeping calm under duress

  • Developing strategies for resolving conflict to stop conflict escalating

  • Recognising personality types – including your own



This training is available as in-house online training for your own staff
