During the current Covid crisis, excellent management is more important than ever. We are experiencing many changes to our normal working routines, and some staff may be feeling cut adrift, or struggling to see the bigger picture. These courses looks at how to make the most of the situation we all find ourselves in by examining what managers can do to make a success of remote management and how they can support themselves and their team through rapid change and uncertainty

This session will focus on effective communication in rapidly changing circumstances; recognising and acknowledging difficulties, and identifying bespoke support for your team members.

This course is available for your own organisation. It can be delivered online via Zoom or Microsoft teams. We can also deliver classroom style, if your premises meet the current Covid guidelines on hygeine and spacing.
