New to the Workplace-
This course is for anyone who is relatively new to the disciplines of the workplace. We look first at organisations, what they are and what they need to do in order to function, including setting an annual budget, monitoring spend and making performance reviews of staff.
We then look at the interpersonal skills needed to thrive in the workplace, including dressing professionally, communicating professionally, and techniques to project confidence when speaking to others
We then look at some of the core skills required of entry-level staff, including
Telephone and reception skills
Emails and written communications
Timekeeping and ways to make best use of your day
